1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the je77u website accessible at je77u.io, including all games, betting markets, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions as specified in the relevant offer terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified per promotion.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which je77u confirms the identity, age, and payment ownership of a Player.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described as forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on je77u or by using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with the je77u Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access je77u. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you individually and that person or entity.

je77u reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3 Eligibility

Use of the je77u Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. je77u strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age during the verification process.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by je77u or any responsible gaming body that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by je77u due to a breach of these Terms.

je77u reserves the right to request documentation to confirm eligibility at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet eligibility criteria will be closed immediately, and any balance associated with such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on je77u. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

As part of the je77u verification process, you may be required to submit copies of identity documents (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by je77u may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.

You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share access to your Account with any other person. je77u will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the je77u Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Payments section of your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time by je77u without prior notice, subject to the requirement that any change is published before it takes effect.

Deposits are credited to your Player Balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. je77u is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network conditions, or third-party banking infrastructure.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. je77u reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

je77u reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, je77u will cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

je77u offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, which may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and expiry periods.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms include:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal conversion.
• The maximum bet permitted while any portion of a bonus remains active is ৳500 per round or per bet, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the offer.
• Winnings generated by bonus funds beyond the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the offer terms will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• je77u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively disadvantage players who have already commenced wagering on a claimed bonus.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on je77u are final once confirmed by the Platform. je77u does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in the individual game or sport rules published on the Platform.

In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds or game parameters are published at clearly incorrect values due to a technical or human error — je77u reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Balance. je77u will notify affected players of such voidance in a timely manner.

For sports betting markets, all settlement outcomes are determined by official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, BFF for Bangladesh football). In-play betting is subject to network latency, and je77u reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome-determining event has occurred where there is clear evidence of transmission delay exploitation.

All casino games and slots on je77u operate under the certified rules of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Game results are governed by certified random number generation. In the event of a game disconnection during play, the game state will be recorded and restored upon reconnection; if restoration is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je77u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games involving shared table dynamics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any administrative area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge that gives you an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your identity.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

je77u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction claim from a payment provider.
• Player request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.
• Death of the Account holder (in which case verified next-of-kin may apply for balance release).

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at je77u's discretion. Where closure is at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the je77u Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, text, game assets, promotional materials, and the je77u brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of je77u or its licensed content providers. Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to je77u or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without prior written permission from je77u. Unauthorised use of je77u intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, je77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

je77u's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

je77u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. je77u makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

je77u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on this website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

je77u will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who support the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where je77u is legally obligated to do so.

13 Responsible Gaming

je77u is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the je77u Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting je77u support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent je77u from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or halt any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.
